Here is one of the nicest Excalibur autos we have ever had. its a 1984 Excalibur Series IV Phaeton with 4 seats & showing only 19,300 miles. this is the very last & best year of the Series IV cars. its the 1st year of the $5000. hardtop being painted to match the body,instead of the cheaper padded vinyl hardtop in the past. also the 1st year of the full high gloss dash, & the 2 Excalibur hood script on both sides of the hood. brand new $1000. 3" wide white radial tires just installed & will have a new AM/FM/CD player stereo installed,& has red leather interior with a red top boot, power white soft top, most parts are Corvette. 305 V8 5.0 liter engine,with a Corvette automatic tranny, & Vette 4 wheel power disc brakes,power steering, windows,locks,seats & antenna,Vette tilt & telescopic steering column, air conditioning & heater,big 17 foot long car that's built like a tank!! 4400 pounds with super heavy cast aluminum bumpers with shock dampers,styling of the 1936 Mercedes 540k cars in the multi million dollar price range, has wood door inserts & teak on running boards, 4 trumpet horns with stainless rain/bug covers,badge bar,center spot light, twin side cowl lamps, side supercharger pipes, 6 real chrome wire wheels, dual side mounted spare tires with fiberglass covers, & most metal is polished stainless.steel. these cars were 5 times the price of the average car on the road, & most were owned by royalty,famous athletes,movie starts & the rich & famous & would cost over $225,000 to build one today. these are not kit cars by any means, & factory built in Milwaukee, Wisconsin since 1965, & hand built one by one.this car is now 34 years old & looks close to new !!
