1982 Bernardi/54 MGTD styling, super high quality & rare now. Hand built bodies & frames, from Blakely Autoworks Ltd., in Princeton,Wisconsin, they started in 1972 with the Bearcat model & 10 years later, they built the much better Bernardi., powered by a peppy 4 cylinder Ford 2000 CC with a 4 speed manual tranny, front disc brakes, real chrome wire wheels, with white lettered radial tires, rear luggage rack, full tilt up front end, for easy engine access & very well finished under the hood, tilt seats with lots of room inside, 2 layers of fiberglass with foam sandwiched in between, so body is super strong indeed, & has a hand made 8 gauge jig welded frame, 7.0 cubic foot trunk, pricey wood steering wheel, updated AM/FM/ stereo with CD player, 3 wipers, tan top with plug in side plexiglass windows that slide, 3 rear view mirrors, & a tan top boot, 1800 pounds, 145" long, 94" wheelbase, 68" wide & 49" tall, flip up gas tank, painted semi gloss black under the car, the speedo has been changed, so no idea what the actual miles are on the car-sorry. its a great looking 42 year old car, that still turns heads wherever you go with it. titled as a 1982 KITT & will have a Florida title pretty soon, in Bobs Classics Inc name, rare car indeed.
