I feel that Classic Roadsters, in Fargo, North Dakota, always did make the best MGTD replica of all. very user friendly cars with full heavy duty frames, & front engines. no VW power car at all, this car weighs 2100 pounds so its very stable at highway speeds, & can be used as a daily driver-which it was. powered by a 4 cylinder Chevy engine, with a 4 speed manual transmission, so it gets over 30 MPG, & the last owner bought it in 2006 was driven daily, all year round, since 2006, & has a great heater, white interior, white top & side curtains, storage area behind the seat, full burl wood dash, am/fm radio with cassette player, side wind deflectors, classic styled white faced gauges, passenger grab bar on the dash, rear mounted spare tire, wire spoke hub caps, 3 rear view mirrors, 4 bumper uprights, and the model is called The Grande Dutchess, a name I always liked. finish is in red gel coat, like a boat, so its very easy to maintain, & of course will never rust, & all parts are Chevy Chevette, so its easy to get parts. has a new stainless exhaust & new battery, chrome air cleaner, & has no leaks or noises, doesn't smoke, & starts great & runs fine. car is from Indiana & the kit package was bought in 1991, so the car is titled as a 1991 Assembled, but was only completed in 2005. all info above was supplied to us from the seller only, so we cant authenticate any of it. replacement cost today, would be well over $35,000.  return to Bob's Classics, Inc. or What's In Stock.
