This is our 6th Centaur in 15 years. heavy solid cars, built 29 years ago, in 1981, on a 1981 Pontiac Grand Prix chassis,from American Classic Automotive Corp., in Milwaukee, Wisconsin-close to where Excalibur was built. motor was changed from the 3.8 liter V6 they all came with, to a small block Chevy 5.7 liter 350 V8, which really moves fast now, & has dual exhaust with new catalytic converters, & new chrome exhaust tips, new chrome valve covers & air cleaner, black paint with silver & gold pin stripes, air conditioning, tilt,power brakes,steering & windows, tan leather seats, flip up rumble seat with steps, & a small rear trunk. car is around 3500 pounds & titled as a 1981 Pontiac, & its around 16 feet long & has a 108" wheelbase & 17" Crager chrome rims & tires, twin fog lamps, suicide doors, 2 piece hood, 2 piece bumpers,& 2 piece windshield, custom Euro styled front tag, new chrome headlights, lift up rear tonneau cover that conceals a black convertible top with new rear plastic window, solid wood dash & matching steering wheel, brand new AM/FM/CD player, in dash, original 1936 Mercedes are around 8 million dollars now.
