This Zimmer Coupe was the 2nd Zimmer built, by the new Zimmer Motors Company. Only the first 2 cars were on the Mercury Cougar chassis, & then the Cougar went to front wheel drive, so all the rest were built on the usual Ford Mustang chassis. This is a 1 owner Florida car. nice white paint job with tan leather interior, & the rear seats have a cool wrinkled look, has bud vases with the flowers, wrap around dash, dual airbags, very very fast high output 4.6 liter V8 with dual overhead cams, & fuel injection.-no dea why its so peppy, but it is, & has a great sound, automatic w/overdrive premium sound system, ice cold air conditioning, tilt & cruise, power seats, windows, trunk, locks, mirrors, steering & brakes, tilt down rear continental kit-for show only, landau bars, wind deflectors, $850. gold eagle hood ornament, 4 trumpet horns, twin fog lamps, 2 piece bumpers, side supercharger pipes, tinted windows, pinstripes, real wire wheels, 19 feet 2" long & has a wheelbase of 155", front hood air shocks-to keep the hood open, without prop rods, & more goodies, I cant think of. The new 2004 Zimmer is well over $100,000. now, & Zimmer has a fully stocked parts dept. in Virginia.the cars are built in Syracuse, New York. Titled as a 1999 Zimmer- serial Vin# is 1Z2GS990002.
