This is one of the rarest classic autos we have ever had. Factory built in England, with a custom handcrafted aluminum body !!!The Panther was started by Robert Jankel in 1972-thats where J72 came from. Styling is of course from the 37 Jaguar SS100 cars, but this car runs circles around the originals. Only 422 cars were ever built over 10 years or so. This car was one of the last models built, with a powerfull 4235cc -4.2 liter Jaguar 6 in line engine, with a rare automatic transmission, air conditioning & heater, 15" real chrome wire wheels, with rear spare,full top & side windows, wilton wool carpets, leather seats, wood dash, twin carbs, 28 gallon gas tank, disc brakes, twin overhead camshafts, independant front suspension, power steering, & much much more. This is a far cry from a kit car with superior paint work-equal to Rolls & Aston Martin.Finish is a very dark navy blue-almost black in photos, w/ red pinstripes.
