We have now sold close to 80 of these replicas of the 3.5 million dollar Mercedes 500k Special Roadsters. we sold this one in 2001, & it is coming back to us from Seattle, WA. This a full size replica, around 3750 pounds, & around 17 feet long, & can actually hold 3 people in the front seat, with the armrest folded up, 76" wide, 56" high, 7" road clearance, & 13 cubic foot large trunk, with gas struts, built in 1999,& titled as a 1999 kit car,& uses all Camaro donor parts, around 1979. powered by a big 5.7 liter 350 Chevy V8 with a 350 automatic transmission, air conditioning, heater, 7 white face classic styled gauges, 2 piece metal hood, 4" thick suicide doors, oval German styled tag, rear spare, wide white tires, twin trumpet horns, center fog lamp, & twin side mounted cowl lights, am/fm/stereo w/cassette, side supercharger pipes-in stainless, large stainless headlights, & stainless radiator shell, windshield frame, tail lights, hinges, etc, & the body is all gelcoat finish in fiberglass-like a boat, so very little maintenance. Roll up side glass windows, pin stripes, chrome rims with wire baskets, power brakes, steering & antenna, seat belts, & the tan top disappears under a flip up tonneau cover. top has a small 4" tear, which we will try to patch as good as possible. cost around $60,000. new & would be a lot more to build now.   Return to Bob's Classics, Inc. or What's In Stock.
