This is only our 3rd Philips Berlina in over 12 years. less than 90 cars were ever built, so these are super rare cars indeed.Not a kit car at all,but a factory built Neo-Classic,built by the Philips Motor Car Company, in Pompano Beach Florida, & its almost a classic car now, at 25 years old. these cars were built on brand new 1981 Corvette chassis, so parts are easy to get, & still has the styling of the 1936 Mercedes 540k, which is in the millions of dollars now. these cars would cost close to $100,000. to build today, & were very pricey, even back in 1981. has removable t-tops, & powered by a very peppy 5.7 liter 350 Chevy Corvette V8 engine, automatic transmission, air conditioning-just serviced, heater, am/fm/stereo w/cd player, power brakes, steering, and windows, tilt & telescopic, 4 wheel disc brakes, gray/silver interior, 6 real wire wheels, dual side mounted spares, Berlina-German eagle emblems on all rims, rear deck, hood ornament etc. leather wrapped steering wheel, wood grain dash & consol, twin trumpet horns, painted fog lamps, badge bar, 2 piece metal hood, 3 rear view mirrors, storage behind the seats, power door locks, decent 2 tone black & silver paint job, wide white radial tires, matching silver carpets, very rich looking car indeed, that can be driven as a daily car, with no problem at all.   Return to Bob's Classics, Inc. or What's In Stock.
