I had so much fun, with a VW Beetle as a kid, I just couldn't resist this car, since its restored & looks like new, & well over $10,000. was spend on restoring everything. the 1967 model VW had many changes from 1966 & earlier, the engine is a 1500cc & is 54hp, which is up from 50hp in 1966, & will do 81 mph, all day long, & 1967 had a 12 volt electric system, from the 6 volt, & larger clutch disc, & better flywheel, brakes & rear axle, & it was the 1st year for the locking door buttons, & has the door armrests, 2 speed wipers, 4 speed transmission with leather shifter boot, bamboo tray under the dash, drink holders on consol, and is now 44 years old, has chrome side window shades, chrome door handle covers, rear window defogger, chrome fire extinguisher, chrome wheel covers & beauty rings, seat belts, removable wide white walls, back up lights, VW steering wheel spinner, bumper over riders & stone guards, removable windshield sun visor, new seats, door panels, new dark green paint, new headliner, & zero rust anywhere. drives like brand new, & also has all new carpets. 4 way flashers & fold down padded  sun visors, 4 seats & the room inside is surprising-very large interior-carpets in the trunk & spare tire cover. just a blast to drive.
